Use of Candidate Information
You authorize Marcus-Levi to collect, review, store, and process your Candidate Information for recruiting, executive search, talent evaluation, and employment-related opportunities.
Marcus-Levi may contact you regarding current or future employment opportunities that may align with your qualifications and experience.
Sharing Information
With permission, Marcus-Levi may share your Candidate Information with prospective employers, clients, or other parties involved in evaluating potential employment opportunities. Marcus-Levi will make reasonable efforts to ensure such disclosures are limited to legitimate recruiting and hiring purposes.
Candidate Representations
You represent and warrant that:
The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
You have the right to submit all information and materials provided.
Your submission does not violate any contractual, legal, or confidentiality obligations owed to any third party.
Data Retention
Marcus-Levi may retain your Candidate Information in its talent database for consideration in future opportunities unless you request its removal, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Confidentiality and Security
Marcus-Levi employs reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect Candidate Information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
Marcus-Levi does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, or placement opportunities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marcus-Levi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the submission or use of Candidate Information.
Changes to These Terms
Marcus-Levi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective upon posting to the Marcus-Levi website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
